The Gazebo

voco Lythe Hill’s Gazebo is the most picturesque setting for your outside Wedding. Overlooking our lake and surrounded by the South-Downs, your guests will be given the wow factor on your special day and you’ll have the perfect backdrop for those all important photographs.

If you choose to get married outside, the signing of the register will take place under the Gazebo and your guests will take seats facing towards it. We recommend considering a singer or musician to perform during your outside ceremony, this really helps to create such a wonderful and natural ambience. Once your ceremony is concluded, you can sit amongst the grounds and in our meadow whilst you sip on reception drinks and enjoy some delicious canapés ahead of your Wedding Breakfast.

The Gazebo is available during British Summer Time only. Don’t let the unpredictable British weather put you off planning an outside Wedding as you will be the only Wedding at voco Lythe Hill on your chosen date, you have complete flexibility, so if your Wedding needs to be moved indoors, we can arrange that with no problems.

The Hazel Suite

The Hazel Suite is the largest of our private wedding spaces and is modern and spacious in design. With exposed beams and a beautiful lantern ceiling, which provides an abundance of natural light, the room feels bright and open whatever the weather. There is an exclusive bar within the Hazel Suite allowing your guests to easily buy a drink to help celebrate your special day. There is also a private patio area offering you and your guests a relaxing outside space. The private patio can be a lovely option for your drinks reception. The spacious dancefloor, with built in DJ Booth and overhead disco lights provides an ideal location for your inclusive DJ or your own live entertainment.

The Hazel Suite is ideal for up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 250 guests for an evening reception.

The Cedar Suite

This contemporary room is flooded with natural light, has exposed brickwork and beautiful wooden flooring providing an idyllic setting to celebrate an intimate wedding at voco Lythe Hill.

This wonderful example of voco Lythe Hill’s rich history fused together with a modern contemporary design, ensures a practical and stylish wedding venue.

The Cedar Suite is ideal for up to 80 guests for a wedding ceremony and up to 100 guests for a drinks reception.

The Meadow

The Meadow offers the perfect space to entertain your guests during your arrival and inclusive welcome drinks throughout the dryer months. It neighbours our Gazebo and Lake so that guests avoid missing those all important photo calls without missing out on a drink from our brand new Meadow Bar.

The Meadow Bar will be stocked with your favourite tipples as well as our most popular beverages. The Meadow has plenty of space for those younger guests to run around and for garden games too. We are fortunate enough to offer outside background music through our own speakers, however, live music adds that extra special touch and the most amazing ambience.
