Saturday

  • Guided Shinrin – Yoku (forest bathing) morning session to boost immunity, improve your mood and enhance your focus and creativity for the day ahead
  • Japanese inspired Breakfast
  • Ikigai work shop to discover your ‘reason for being’ to incorporate happiness and well-being into your everyday life
  • Nutritional Lunch with take home recipes
  • Matcha Tea Ceremony & Afternoon treats
  • BBQ dinner – cooking demo to learn how you can incorporate nutritional Japanese inspired meals into your daily routine
  • Evening flower arranging to create and calm and relaxing atmosphere to lower stress and rejuvenate

Sunday

  • Start the day with a morning Tai Chi class to improve strength, flexibility and lower blood pressure ready for your final day
  • Japanese inspired Breakfast
  • Wabi Sabi and Kintsugi workshop – learn to embrace perfection, build resilience and encourage self-reflection
  • Lunch – enjoy your last nutritious Japanese inspired lunch with take home recipes
  • Afternoon Treats
