Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring all guests’ facilities are maintained to the standards required in guest rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities

– Cleaning Guest Rooms: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linen and cleaning surfaces.

– Maintaining public areas: ensure cleanliness in public and common areas such as reception, hallways and other areas making them welcome for guests.

– Restocking Supplies: Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, towels, and linen.

– Handling guest requests: respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for extra supplies or services.

– Reporting Maintenance issues: inspect rooms for any signs of damage or wear and report necessary to line manager.

Required Skills

– Attention to detail: a keen eye for cleanliness and to notice areas that need attention

– Ability to interact positively with guests and respond to their needs effectively

-Teamwork: ability to work well with other staff members and be part of a busy team.

Full training will be given.
