Join us for a rejuvenating afternoon of mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle exercise designed to support both body and mind.

 

What to expect:

• A guided Qi Gong routine to enhance health and wellbeing, with clear explanations and adaptable variations
• Tai Chi walking practice for mindfulness and relaxation (outdoors, weather permitting)
• Introduction to the Yang 10 Tai Chi form, focusing on posture, flow, and breathing

 

This workshop is perfect for beginners as well as those with existing experience looking to deepen their practice.

Take time for yourself, slow down, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and welcoming environment.
