Protective Equipment

In keeping with the most recent Government Guidelines, we would like to make our guests aware and request they adhere to the following.

Face coverings will be mandatory in ALL public areas including the restaurant unless they are seated at a table.

Respectfully request that the hand sanitising stations are used, and one-way systems are followed.

There is a recommended Track and Trace system in place within all areas of the hotel which records your visits regularly throughout your stay. This requires you to log your details each time you enter a new section of the hotel.

Our restaurant and bar area must be closed by 10pm and all customers will have had to have vacated by this time. Due to this, the last sitting for dinner in the restaurant will be 8pm. In addition, we do require that you arrive promptly for your dining times.  Room service is available as an alternative until 9:30pm.

Reservations must be taken for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, swimming pool and gym access to best manage occupancy and social distancing. This is done on a first come first served basis, if reservations are not made before arrival, we cannot guarantee admittance.

There will be full table service throughout – no bar service.

We are still striving to provide the best possible service and an enjoyable experience for our guests through these challenging times and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation, patience and understanding.
