Restaurant Manager

We are seeking Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running and delivery of high standards of customer service within our Restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The day to day running of the restaurant, delivering restaurant sales and service strategy
  • To ensure all guests receive the highest standards of customer service
  • To recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
  • To produce weekly schedule/rota and shift duties while maintaining labour costs and assuring adequate and consistent staffing levels
  • Responsible for effective stock rotation, stock takes and ordering

Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required:

  • A proven record of service excellence
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and train a team
  • A hands on approach and desire to lead by example
  • Immaculate presentation skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to work in an efficient and organised manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Excellent standards of spoken English)
  • Strong industry and food knowledge and be able to advise guests on food and beverage choices and accompaniments
